    Great location, friendly engaging staff very tidy store.  No need to comment on the food and drinks. As always perfect.

    I think the cup speaks for itself. Not a single sip was taken from the $6 latte. You can't charge people outrageous prices for product and not provide. I've consistently driven out of my way to avoid this Starbucks and I can assure I'll be consistently doing so.

    I will not go back to this location in the future. There are a few tables with chairs, but one person was sitting at each, therefore no place for me and my family to sit. Drinks were made fast, and they were good. Only one barista was even sort of friendly (the one who made the drinks). The one who took our order seemed very unhappy that we were there. I'm disappointed and will drive the extra distance to another Starbucks location next time I want a coffee.

    One of the worst Starbucks I've been to! They have gotten my order wrong twice! I also ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte yesterday and it had a hint of pumpkin and no whipped cream, it might as well been just a plain latte, glad they charged me extra for that! I've also ordered off their seasonal menu and they look at you like they have no idea what you're talking about, so they have to look up how to make it and it takes 10 times longer to make. Starbucks needs to send someone to help train these people on how to actually make their drinks!!

    This has to be the worst Starbucks Lubbock has. The Hispanic male with glasses is probably the most rude person ever. Trying to order from the drive thru was impossible, I had not finished my order but he was obviously finished taking it and gave me the total. Pulled up, gave him the rest of my order. My wcm tasted like milk and nothing else. Horrible customer service, go to another Starbucks and avoid this one!
